Privacy Policy
Ellipsys LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you may provide to us through this website.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, and other contact details when you complete forms on our website or otherwise communicate with us.
We may also collect certain technical information automatically when you visit our website, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and usage data.

3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information with:

4. Data Security

8. Your Choices
You may request to update, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us at the address below. We will respond to requests as required by applicable law.
9. Job Applicants and Recruitment
What we collect. When you apply for a position through our Careers page, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), LinkedIn profile or personal website (optional), your message about your interest in the role, and your résumé or CV, including any information contained in it. We also record the position you applied for and the date of your application.
How we use it to process your application. We use this information to evaluate your application for the position you applied for, to communicate with you about the recruitment process, to verify the information you provide, and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. Acknowledging this notice when you apply confirms that you understand this use; it is required to submit an application.
Consideration for other opportunities (optional). Separately, you may choose to let us consider you for other suitable opportunities at Ellipsys during the retention period described below. This is optional. It is offered as a separate, unchecked choice on the application form, it is not required to apply, and leaving it unselected has no effect on your current application. You may withdraw this choice at any time by contacting us at info@ellipsys.ai; we will then stop considering you for other roles, although we may still retain your application record where the law requires it.
Where it is stored. Applications submitted through our Careers page are stored in the form system on our website and are also delivered, including your résumé or CV, to our recruiting mailbox (info@ellipsys.ai). Both copies are covered by this notice and by the retention period described below.
Who can access it. Access to applicant information is limited to Ellipsys leadership, the individuals directly involved in the hiring decision for the role, and service providers who act on our behalf (for example, the providers that host our website, process form submissions, and deliver our email) under agreements that restrict their use of the information to those services.
What we do not do. We do not sell applicant information, and we do not use it for marketing unrelated to your application.
How long we keep it. If your application is unsuccessful, we keep your application record and uploaded résumé or CV for 12 months after the hiring decision, then securely delete them from our systems, including the copy delivered to our recruiting mailbox. We keep records longer only where the law requires it or where a legal hold applies. If you are hired, your application becomes part of your employment record.
Your rights and choices. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw any optional choice you have made. To exercise these rights or ask questions about this notice, contact us at info@ellipsys.ai.
10. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
